Such a wonderful variation to my childhood favorite!!! I've served this at all of my family functions because it's such a hit!!!!

My family loved this dish. I added a chopped a jalpeno for alittle more flavor.

This is the best creamed corn that I have ever had in my life! I have prepared it for many family and church dinners and everyone loves it!

I doubled the recipe and took this as a side dish for the holidays. It was a hit.

I LOVED this recipe! It was such an interesting twist to plain old corn! I tested it on my brother and my husband, then I added it to our Thanksgiving feast since it pased the test phase.
