I LOVED this recipe! It was such an interesting twist to plain old corn! I tested it on my brother and my husband, then I added it to our Thanksgiving feast since it pased the test phase.

I took this to a ladies luncheon and everyone loved it. I did add a little more cr. ch. and put gr. onions in the mix as well as on top. Popped it in the oven to melt the top cheese on top. I will add salt and pepper next time and try some hot sauce.

Very simply way to dress up a familiar side dish - I cooked it as a side to fish on a regular weeknight, and everybody liked it. I followed the recipe and it was fine, though next time i will follow the tip and add Tabasco for a little zing.

After reading other comments, I made this dish at Christmas. But I used half the milk and doubled the cream cheese, which made the dish thicker,less runny.
