I think it would have been better if you omitted the milk and added more cream cheese. It was just too soupy for my taste.

A nice change from just serving regular corn, but not my favorite side dish. It was a little like a corn soup... but it still tasted very good.

My Mom-in-law made a corn recipe sorta like this and it was very good. I had forgotten about it til I tried this one. The onions make it so yummy,and I did use a dash of hot sauce. Soooooo good.

YUMMY! My preschool kids liked it (without onions). For my serving, I topped with the green onions, a dash or two of cayenne pepper and chopped tomatoes.

I have made this dish each month every since I saw it in the kraft foods book. My family loves corn and cream cheese, put them together and yum WHAT A DISH.
