This is very tasty!!! I had to substitute cream of mushroom soup to accommodate a vegetarian in my house, I used a combination of crushed cheese crackers and roasted vegetable Ritz crackers because that's what I had on hand, and my potatoes had onions and peppers in them. I don't think my changes affected the recipe too much - I'm sure the original is just as yummy!

I wasn't crazy about it, but my son and co-workers absolutely loved it. I added cubed up chicken so that it would be an all in one dish and instead of hasbrowns I used tatter tots. This dish is very simple to make. I will make again on a busy night when I have things to do around the house besides be in the kitchen.
