This is the most simple cheesy potatoe recipe ive found! It was very delicious as well! I highly recommend

This rocks! It's creamy and crunchy-yum! I added a chopped onion in with the potatoes and some extra cheese on top.

My husband loved this recipe but I absolutely hated the taste. I only took two bites and would not eat any more. I would not make this recipe again.

I changed it by using half sour cream and half ricotta cheese instead of just sour cream. I did not like the Ritz topping. It just tasted like Ritz. I used French fried onions and extra cheese on top the 2nd time, but you have to like onions.

I made this in the crock pot for a work potluck and it was a big hit. I mixed everything up the night before and put it in the crock in the fridge. I cooked it on high for about an hour and a half once I got to school and then put it on low for the remaining 1-2 hours. It was so easy. I will definitely make this again. Note: I would suggest using a crock pot liner to save yourself some time washing!

This is an awesome recipe! Everyone is sure to love it! Make sure you use the Ritz Cheddar crackers!
