Broccoli-Cheddar Chicken Bundles

Broccoli-Cheddar Chicken Bundles recipe

This recipe is simple and delicious! I also used the Parmesan Crusted Shake 'N Bake and real bacon crumbles. We will definitely make this many times more.

I used chicken breasts halves rather than thighs. Much better taste. Easy.

This was a wonderful meal that I'm excited to make again. I'd make it on a Sunday night so I can take the leftovers as lunch during the week. Yep, it was that good!

I would make this recipe again, but not on a week night. Trying to cut everything up into little bits took awhile.

I made this recipe with the recommendation of using ranch shake n bake. I thought it added a great flavor to the chicken. This chicken was very good!

Very easy, sauteed fresh broccoli in a little oil and garlic, then proceeded accordingly. I also used a light cheese to try and make it a little more healthy. Definitely and easy dish to make and you can customize it each time so it's a little different.

This recipe was awful. The chicken was dry, the covering was soggy!

Will definitely use chicken breasts next time. The thighs just don't do it for me. I think it will be easier to make with breasts. Reminds me of an easy Chicken Kiev.

Really good, and looks very appealing when sliced. I used turkey bacon, and my 4 year old ate it all, with ranch dip. Good way to get kids to each broccoli. I have made it twice now, and my husband really likes it.
