Broccoli-Cheddar Chicken Bundles

This recipe is simple and delicious! I also used the Parmesan Crusted Shake 'N Bake and real bacon crumbles. We will definitely make this many times more.

I cheated and just layered the ingredients instead of rolling the chicken. It was fantastic! I was afraid this recipe would be a little bland, but it was tender and delicious. Even my preschoolers liked this one (and they swear they hate broccoli)

Good flavor, I think I'll use larger breasts instead of the thighs next time. A little hard to stuff.

Good and easy! I cooked my bacon in my iron skillet, then used the iron to bake the chicken in as well to save a pan. although, Bacon Bits are almost as good once cooked inside the chicken for the flavor.

i did like round suggested i used skinless breast it made a bigger portion for my huge crew

This was absolutely delicious! The whole family loved it!!! I couldn't fit all the ingredients into the chicken, and ended up wasting quite a bit of those, so next time I'll probably cut that in half. B

I used skinless breast and pounded them out to make a larger portion so all I serve with it is a pasta salad.
