Broccoli-Cheddar Chicken Bundles

Broccoli-Cheddar Chicken Bundles recipe

This recipe is simple and delicious! I also used the Parmesan Crusted Shake 'N Bake and real bacon crumbles. We will definitely make this many times more.

Awesome! I used breasts and also spread a layer of onion & chives cream cheese before putting everything else on. Added chopped green onions with everything. Used regular bread crumbs that I seasoned with Italian seasoning.Everyone loved the recipe. This will be a regular on our menu.

This was good, but next time I would prefer seasoned bread crumbs or my own mixture instead of the Shake N Bake. We used chicken breasts and I would definitely use them again instead of thighs.

So goood! I sauteed red onions and garlic in olive oil, then added fresh broc, and about 2 tbsp bbq sauce (I only made enough for 2 lg breast portions) used bacon bits as I didnt have any bacon and jack/ched blend - also marniated breasts in italian for a few hours before using.

My husband and I really loved this recipe! It was simple to make and very flavorful. I made this recipe with chicken breasts rather than thighs. I didnt use toothpicks, but the stuffed chicken stayed together while baking.
