Broccoli-Cheddar Chicken Bundles

Broccoli-Cheddar Chicken Bundles recipe
This recipe is simple and delicious! I also used the Parmesan Crusted Shake 'N Bake and real bacon crumbles. We will definitely make this many times more.

What a disaster! trying to flatten the breasts-splatters all over even though covered between plastic wrap. recipie not worth to mess and/or trouble.

I used chicken breasts and they were a little dry. I'll make this recipe again and cut back on the time a little. They looked impressive and everyone loved the flavor!

I think next time I make this, I will just put the stuff on top of the chicken instead of rolling it... The bundles came open and then half of the stuffing was lost because it burned on the baking pan... Tasted good though!

I used chicken breast rather than thighs. I was very surprised that the children asked for second helpings. EAsy to make and very tasty.

This recipe would of been better if I wouldn't have beat the chicken. It tore the chicken all up. The flavor of it was good. I will try this recipe again but will not beat the chicken and see if it will roll still.

With chickens having so much fat, I would not use the bacon with this recipe again. I would also bake them on a rack to drain off the fat accumulating while baking.

This was really good! It took me awhile to do it because I took the skin off and the bone out of my chicken thighs myself. I might try it with boneless breasts next time. Just to save myself some time. Oh and not that the cheddar was bad, but I think it would be really good with a thin slice of velveeta cheese in the midde instead of the cheddar to make it creamier!

This recipe was a bit time consuming but as a change to the everyday shake and bake chicken it is really delicious. The chicken was very juicy and the flavor was great. I would recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a change.

I made this last night. Yes it was difficult to roll the chicken thighs so instead of rolling them, I just coated them with the shake n' bake and topped them with the cheese, bacon & broccoli mixture during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Very juicy and very tasty! Whoever thinks this recipe is dry...I dont know what chicken thighs you are using..but mine were extremely juicy.

Very very good... My family loved it! I had to use two toothpicks in each roll, that was the only different... I went with the recommendation of serving with mashed potatoes (I did garlic with red potatoes) and a salad... It went together well, very good taste : )
