Make sure that you get the chicken thin enough that you can roll up enough cheese and bacon.

We all enjoyed this very much. I used chicken breasts and they worked fine.

LOVED this recipe! I used Chicken breasts & mixed in some plain bread crumbs with the shake n bake so the flavor wasn't overpowering. Everyone loved it, and I felt so fancy serving it even though it wasn't that hard! Definitely try this!

This was a great recipe with simple, healthy ingredients. It was quick and delicious. I have referred it to friends and would make it over and over again! Thanks.

This recipe is great! The only thing different I did was instead of rolling them up i just folded the chicken over and secured it with toothpicks. I also put some Lawry's seasoning salt on them before I put them in the oven and I used the regular shake n' bake instead of the extra crispy. I made it for my whole family one night and everyone LOVED it. My brothers girlfriend asked for the recipe when she left. I would make it again and again!

Amazing!! I used breasts and cut them in half. I also couldn't find extra crispy shake and bake so I just used the original chicken coating...really very tasty! Will be making these again soon!

This was amazing! We made it with thin chicken breasts as well and only let it cook for 20 minutes. My husband loved it, and our 6 and (very picky, non meat eating) 4 year old devoured every last crumb, and came back for more! Def a must make!
