This recipe was wonderful. I used lite cream cheese spread and skim milk. The sauce was so rich tasting. It's a definite "do again" recipe. I'm going to make it for company with roasted asparagus and garlic bread.

My family scarfed down this one. The only difference I made was to add about 2tsps of Creole seasoning. It kicked it up a bit. Easy and quick.

Excellent and very easy! We have been using different Cream Cheese spreads for some time as an Alfredo base. As a variance try Green Onion spread, and Romano cheese, our favorites. A spoonfull of chopped Italian parsley also adds to it, and don't forget to try shrimp in place of the chicken.

My whole family enjoyed this and it was so easy. The next night I made it with meatballs instead of chicken. Both were very good, though most of my family liked the chicken better.
