We thought this was great. I used 1 1/2 cup's of half and half, then 1/2 cup of skim milk because that is what I had on hand. I had no problems with the sauce being too thin. I think maybe some people aren't allowing it to cook long enough to thicken.

Pretty easy although my sauce was scary looking it was ok. Add pepper or some other source of heat and also 3 tbsp. of pesto otherwise it can be bland.

HORRIBLE!! I followed the recipe as directed and it did not set up, cream cheese separated...absolutely terrible tasting. Your better off buying the Alfredo in a can.

Like most everyone has pointed out, this recipe is lacking something and needs our own special addition. Otherwise, it was interesting to try one time. After that, please change up the ingredients to enjoy it better.

Everyone around my house loves this recipe.I add artichokes, black olives/grn olives, and or capers. Instead of 2 tbsp of pesto i use 6 tbsp.Yum! If your sauce looks lumpy, just give it time on the low heat setting and it will be amazing!

I made this and my 7 year old loved it, I did try to double the sauce the second time I made it, but next time I will just double the cr. cheese, and 1 pkg. of pesto. I thought it was great and easy!

Sauce was to runny and the cream cheese separated, I don't know what I did wrong, but I thought I followed the directions correctly, who knows though with toddlers around:)
