After reading that this recipe was bland, I jazzed it up when I made it. I chopped one small onion, and sauteed it with some garlic and a package of fresh sliced mushrooms. I set that aside, then used some seasoning salt on the chicken when I cooked it. I combined the chicken with the onion mixture in the skillet before adding the cream cheese and milk, then added an extra 1/4 cup of parmesan to the given amount. My husband and I loved it! I would definitely make it again this way!

I agree this dish was very bland, although my husband seemed to like it.

This recipe is very BLAND. I only used 1 c milk as suggested by other reviews. I will not be making this again, but if I did, I would add atleast 1 more Tbsp of Pesto.

I used pesto sauce mix in an envelope from the grocery store instead of real pesto, and worked just as well. I used skim milk, and it was too thin, so make sure to use 2% or heavier. Overall though it was pretty good!

i thought this was very good. i used a lot less milk and made like an alfredo sauce first mixed with pesto.. then mixed everything together.

I omitted the red peppers. It was very good. I usually don't like home-made alfredo sauces very much, but the pesto made this very good.

Omitted the pesto, and my finicky eaters actually licked their plates clean! Using low fat ingredients made my feel good about having fettucine for a change!

This was really bland! The next night I added another cream cheese bar, 1/2 stick butter and garlic/herb spice because there was so much left over! It was so much better! But as Kraft recipe not so good!
