The name sounds difficult to make, but it is really easy, and tastes GREAT! My entire family (including a 4 yr old, 7 yr old, 9 yr old and my husband) loved it, and they are a picky bunch.

My whole family loves this recipe. It is also excellent with left over chicken cut into cubes.

Again, this was a recipe that was easy to make but had big taste. I served this at a little chip and sip I had and my guests raved over this one thinking that I had been in the kitchen all day. Some ate it on the bed of rice and other just ate the meatballs and one of your wonderful salads I made.

Instead of red pepper I use green pepper, which cost less and also give the green color. And I added carrots, which you could put in after onion, and this give you the orange color and nutritional value and when my kids are younger eat them (carrot).

This is nice and kid friendly--altho I replaced the red pepper and onion with broccoli and the white rice with brown. My kids loved it, and honestly, so did my husband and I. Meals like this are great for working mothers who are always on the run like I am!

THIS RECIPE IS SUPERB. I USED GREEN PEPPER INSTED. I TAKE THE MEATBALLS AND BAKE THEM IN THE OVEN IN A BEEF BROTH AND IT STEAMS THEM SOFT - MAKES THE DISH EXCELLENT..........R
