This meal was very easy, and fast! I made my own meatballs, which only take 20 minutes in the oven, so while the meatballs were in the oven, I cut up veggies and got the sauce ready. It really only took me about 30 minutes, since the meatballs were already cook and just needed to be tossed around in the sauce on the skillet. I will make this again when I need something quick for sure.
