It was really good, next time though I will make more of the sauce :-)

This was very simple, and quite tasty! I think the rice was quite bland, next time we will either get more of the "sauce" on it, or mix in some ginger and garlic for more flavor, but overall, it was good!

This was very yummy! My boyfriend, grandparents, and I all loved it. I will definitely make it again. I think my kids would like it too. I think it would be better to mix the rice in the pan before serving, so it gets the "sauce" on it. Also, I think I would like it with some crushed red pepper flakes next time to give it a little heat. Yum-O though!

this was deeeelicious!!! (except i decided not to use the ginger).. but for my family of five, i used three peppers (one green, one yellow and one orange). i also doubled the recipe so we had plenty for dinner and more than enough for leftovers.

Everyone loved it - I only had one can of pineapple, so I added some mandarin oranges. I served it over soba noodles. Yum. Kids and parents enjoyed.

Loved it! My husband's new fav. I added a little more BBQ sauce to make it cover everything better.
