I love pesto! The chicken turns out crispy and the pesto makes it good enough to serve company.

I make this one a lot! I love the flavor of the pesto on top. I coat the chicken in light ranch dressing before coating with Shake & Bake. It makes the chicken extra juicy and gives it a little more flavor.

So easy & good- i make it often - my husband loves it- i use more pesto than the recipe calls for and it makes it more flavorful and moist

I said I made this, but actually my 15 year old son made it; that's how easy it is. It was absolutely delicious, and my picky 13 year old ate it too. To me, that's the biggest endorsement of all!

this is a very good and easy recipe to make...with a baby it can be tough cooking a meal, but this was simple.

My husband loves this! I would invest in a meat thermometer before you do this one. The suggested cooking time is too long, especially if you are using chicken breast halves. I served it with the bowtie pesto pasta salad.
