This recipe was delicious. The dish was moist, eye appealing, and super simple to make. I used brocoli stir-fry frozen vegetables for more color and flavor.
I have made this several times over the last 2-3 years and we always love it. After reading some of these comments, I would like to share what I have done to "improve" the recipe. I use Cream of Mushroom soup, Savory Herb Stove Top stuffing, and Velveeta (NOT low-fat). The low fat Velveeta tends to get a little more watery and take away the creamy texture needed for this dish. Very good dish!!
I made this for the first time last night and it came out perfect! My husband loved it!!!! I can't wait to make it again!!!
This recipe went over very well with my family... I have made it four times now my little grandma even out eat me...she loved is so much... enjoy... we added mushrooms to it cause we love them so much... try it nicole
This was really good! I will make this again. It went great with a salad and rolls.
I added a little extra cheese and some salt and pepper before baking and it turned out excellent. This is going to go into rotation at our house!
This was good, nice flavor. Our only problem with it was that the chicken and broccoli takes a lot longer to cook than what the recipe calls for. I would cook it at least 45 minutes, not 30. We had to put it back in the oven to get the chicken completley cooked. I would also add more cheese next time.
This was quick and easy.. A good way to get my 4 year old to eat her broccoli.. She ate them all ;')) The entire family enjoyed
this recipe was mediocre. i added frozen cauliflower along with the broccoli and it seemed to make it a little better
