I have made this several times over the last 2-3 years and we always love it.
After reading some of these comments, I would like to share what I have done to "improve" the recipe.
I use Cream of Mushroom soup, Savory Herb Stove Top stuffing, and Velveeta (NOT low-fat). The low fat Velveeta tends to get a little more watery and take away the creamy texture needed for this dish.
