This was very tasty and easy to prepare - I did substitute reduced fat Velveeta for the shredded cheddar, and also used skim milk. My 1-year-old also enjoyed it very much.

The first time there was a piece of chicken that was still not fully cooked. Now I saute the cubed chicken in a little oil until no longer pink. Today I used chopped broccoli and added finely chopped red pepper for color.

This is a very easy and delicious meal. I cooked the chicken in Zesty Italian dressing to add a little more flavor. I also added some peas along with the broccoli. It's great!

This was more on the yucky side than the yummy side, if you ask anyone in my family. Just something about the various consistencies mixed together in this casserole was... not the most enjoyable. I'm sure it could somehow be modified so that it was more casserole-y and less hard-chunks-in-chicken juice-topped-with-crumbs, but until then... ick.

I make this for my family all the time. I use mixed veggies instead and 98% fat free cream of chicken. It makes a easy healthy dinner.

i tried this recipe with reduced soup and low sodium stovetop, it was easy , but if i do try it again i think i'll stick with reg soup
