I wasn't able to find fresh or frozen cranberries, so I used dried. It made the recipe too dry. They were not a big hit & threw most of them away. I will try this recipe again using fresh cranberries & see if it's better.

I agree that I did not like this recipe. The muffins had a strange undertaste that I think came from the cereal. They also were too chewy.

I made a batch of these today and they are YUMMY!! I even forgot to chop up the cranberries and they are still good. They are going to work for a gift exchange and I"m sure they'll love them too. Not a hard recipe and makes a nice batch size. Take a chance and make them....you'll love them too.

I liked these muffins. I thought they were moist and had great flavor. I made them as a Christmas gift for the office staff at our elementary school and they made a pretty presentation. I am anxious to try the recipe with blueberries. I am always looking for muffins and breads that are low fat and full of flavor and these make that possible. I will try to make more than 16 next time as they spilled over in the muffin cups some and were not quite as pretty as I would have liked since they were for a gift but I will make them again.

I don't mean to be harsh but these Double Cranberry Muffins were awful. I made the muffins exactly according to the recipe. They lacked flavor. I would not make these again.

I didn't really think these tasted like anything. Very plain.

Yum! I made this in a loaf pan instead of muffins, came out great (just had to cook it longer)! It was gone in a day! I could not find the specific cereal called for, but used a cranberry vanilla kind and it turned out great! I also used canned cranberries and that was fine as well. Easy and yummie!

Was easy to make and the cereal was a great idea to add to the top. A definite winner if you like cranberries.
