I'm an inexperienced candy maker and have had poor results with brittle. This recipe is easy and dependable. It also tastes great.

I didin't get to put the chocolate on, as it was being eaten before I got to that part of the receipe. Everyone loved it, it was great without the chocolate, next time I make it I will try putting on the chocolate. It was very easy to make.

Being an avid candy maker I was skeptical about using the microwave so I had to make it just to try it. I was happily surprised that it worked great and tasted good too! Would have liked a little clearer finished product, the final cooking time of 3-4 min leaves room to try again though.

DON'T USE ANY PLASTIC SPATULES TO STIR HOT PEANUT BRITTLE! This will melt them.

Very easy to make. I'm using it as party favors for a Christmas party. I made 2 batches, the first I did the chocolate with, and the second I left it off. I may add it, but my husband loved it without!

This was really good. I agree with the comment before that it is just as good, or better, without the chocolate. I am not that big of a fan of peanut brittle, but this was great. Wonderful recipe.

This recipe was very easy to make. I made two batches, the first one following the recipe and for the second one, I crushed the peanuts first. My husband and I liked the second batch better.
