This peanut brittle is better than one we purchased at an expensive candy store! It's become a family tradition at holiday time! I have to make a few batches as everyone requests it.

First batch did not set up. I have a small microwave. I added 2 minutes to all the suggested cooking times and it set up great. I skipped the chocolate because it's great without the trouble of melting and dipping. I may try that later. I've made 4 batches for gifts. I love that this is so economical.

This recipe was very easy to make and the results look very polished. Great for parties or for a gift. One thing-make sure you stir the sugar and corn syrup together well prior to microwaving it-otherwise the corn syrup will burn to a crisp and the sugar will be left untouched on the bottom of the bowl-found that one out the hard way! But that was my fault-not the recipe's.

This was great - very quick and simple. My husband isn't much of a peanut brittle eater but he really liked this.

Super simple! Came out perfectly, I made this last year and my husband has requested it again this year. I made this with and without the chocolate dip, and it is equally good without. This is sure to remain one of our family favorites.

I'm trying to make cookies and candies for my neighbors. I've never made any candy before, but this peanut brittle looked doable. So i tried it, and it turned out great. My husband kept on sneaking some when I was looking! Very Easy, Quick and Delicious.

Absolutely delicious! I couldn't believe how quickly it worked and how easy! My only complaint is that after it sat out on the candy dish a little, the top became sticky and you need to wash your hands after one piece. But the taste is worth it!
