Absolutely delicious! I couldn't believe how quickly it worked and how easy! My only complaint is that after it sat out on the candy dish a little, the top became sticky and you need to wash your hands after one piece. But the taste is worth it!

Very, very easy, and delicious! Everyone kept asking how I made peanut brittle so quickly. They were amazed at the flavor of real peanut brittle that takes hours to make!

This is so easy to make and is so delicious. It tastes like you've spent a lot of time in kitchen making it. My family couldn't believe how quick it was done and commented on how it tasted better than the peanut brittle from the local candy store.

Super easy! Don't worry about it being in the mircorwave.....stick to the directions and it will turn out. Once you add the vanilla and brown sugar, work quickly as it becomes difficult to work with and cools quickly.

I loved this recipe. I even gave my mom some of it to try and she has worked in the culinary buissnes for 25 years, and she couldnt belive how easy it was to make. We have also made it with almonds insted of peanuts, it was delisiouse.

Great Recipe - worked well. I have tried traditional peanut brittle and it flopped. I am very excited to have this for the holiday season. (I left half the batch plain.)

This was so easy!! I made it for my grandfather at Christmas time and he liked it better than the See's Candy peanut brittle. It is better without the chocolate.
