Chocolate Cookie Bark

Huge hit every time I've made it. After a few batches i started putting all of the oreos in the semi-sweet chocolate and only putting the peanut butter in the white... it makes it look prettier when you swirl and intensifies the peanut butter flavor I think.

Do good and so easy!!! My ten year old made it himself and is so proud of the results!

Very easy, and so good! You could make many variations of it too - put chocolate chip cookie peices in it, or other candy pieces and there's hardly any preparation time!

This stuff is delicious! For those whose white chocolate mixture looks "dirty", try this: when cutting your oreos, just cut them into quarters with a knife. Then make sure you only pick up the large pieces and don't get the fine crumbs. Fold it into the white chocolate gently, just to coat it. Don't overmix it or it will look dingy. I also mixed the pb in with the darker chocolate so my white chocolate wouldn't get tinted by it.

I can't believe how easy this was to make! It tastes like a candy bar. Very yummy and so easy!!
