These were pretty good considering they were carb-friendly. I would consider not adding so much apple sauce next time though. Overall not a bad low-cal snack!

I substituted low fat brownie mis and unsweetened applesause. Use 1/2 cup Splenda and 1/4 cup soy flour and they are so low in carbs and delicious!

it was alright, i made this for a Bible study and everyone seemed to like it. didn't want to take any chances and based on the other comments i made some changes to the recipe since i was pressed for time. omitted the flour, doubled the neufchatel and sugar, added vanilla and enjoyed!

Ewww... this recipe tasted awful. I made these hoping to serve to friends the next day and threw the whole thing out after just a few bites. It tastes like applesauce and has a strange spongy texture. I'd suggest moving on to the next recipe.

This was awsome, just make brownies as directed on box instead of using egg whites and apple sauce. Use regular cream cheese, add a bit more sugar & some vanilla and you seriously can't go wrong!

Yuck! I should have listened to the comments. The brownies really did have a weird spongy texture. They had no flavor, very bland.

The cheesecake texture was very odd - spongy and the chocolate part wasn't very flavorful.
