It was Yummy! But here's what I did different....
added a chicken bouillon cube, used brown rice, threw in some red and yellow peppers, sauteed the shrimp in garlic, white wine and fresh lemon juice, used lowfat chive cream cheese and topped it with fresh chives..
I never follow recipes exactly as they're written, if you do, that's when stuff comes out boring and tasteless. This recipe was very good and both my husband and I gobbled it up.
