My family loved this. I used brown rice instead of white. Such an easy way to sneak in vegetables too! We will definitely have this again...maybe add carrots next time.

Have made this recipe a few times, My son who is a very picky eater loves it and has asked several times for me to make it. I do add spices while cooking to give the dish a little flavor.

In theory, this should be a very tasty dish. My family and I found it extremely bland and boring. After adding tons of seasoning salt and some lemon pepper, it finally had some taste. But I will never make this again.

The cream cheese adds a delicous and creamy touch. I love this combination.

It was Yummy! But here's what I did different.... added a chicken bouillon cube, used brown rice, threw in some red and yellow peppers, sauteed the shrimp in garlic, white wine and fresh lemon juice, used lowfat chive cream cheese and topped it with fresh chives.. I never follow recipes exactly as they're written, if you do, that's when stuff comes out boring and tasteless. This recipe was very good and both my husband and I gobbled it up.

I got the thumbs up on this recipe from the family. One person liked the creaminess, another the broccoli and rice and another the shrimp and creamy rice. Don't be stingy on the cream cheese, a bit more is good.

This is very good once you season it... I recommend Old Bay or Lawry's and serving it with a dash of parmesan cheese.
