We made this on our George Foreman grill instead of in a frying pan. They turned out very well, and even the kids enjoyed them. We served them with salsa and guacamole. Easy for a day when you don't want to heat up the kitchen.

This is good at least once a week. You can make so many different variations and they are so quick, easy and delicious.

This was super easy and quick to make. This is the first time in a long time that everyone in my family loved dinner! It was also easy to tailor each quesadillla to the tastes of each of my family members (I omitted the green onions for my kids, but gave extra ones to my husband.)

I absolutely loved this recipe. I made these with leftover chicken and steak. I gave the chicken ones to my kids (cheese sweetcorn & chicken), and made mine with steak and everything else on it except black beans because I didn't have any. Wow they were so good. I served them with sour cream on the side.

Delicious and so easy. I did brush the tortillas with olive oil to aid in browning.

This recipe is a great way to use up the leftover roast chicken that I buy at the grocery store.
