I normally love ginger, but it was waaaaaaaay too overwhelming in this recipe. My fiance didn't really like the taste either. If I make again I will definitely cut down on both the ginger & garlic powder, and sub honey for the marmalade.

I used boneless chops in this recipe. My husband and I both liked it- I'll definitely make it again on a busy night!

I made this the first following the recipe exactly. It didn't go over well. The next few times I made this I left out the marmalade and added honey instead. The chops turn out so moist and you don't need to add any extra sauce. Line the pan with foil and you've got an easy cleanup. The chops go together in minutes and there isn't any basting so you just stick them in the oven with a timer and forget them. Yummmmm!

Taste was good, but sauce was too runny-I ended up pan frying the chops and putting the glaze over at the last minute.
