This recipe was baannggin! my family liked it. the only thing was the orange marmalade. My bf and mom said that tasted a little weird with the marmalade but overall it was very good. I'm gonna make this again another day.

This recipe was great just get it ready and put it in the oven. I have done it several times this last time I changed the BBQ Original for Honey Sauce Compliments the orange really good!!

My husband is a meat and potatoes kind of guy so trying something new is always a gamble. This one paid off. He loved it and so did my pickey eater kids. They actually asked for it again!!

Double the sauce ingredients -- great on mashed potatoes or noodles!

We loved this recipe. I might try a little less ginger the next time. But it was very good, and I put 3 potatoes on a foil-lined pan in the oven at the same time. Everything was done in 1 hour and it went very well together.

Kids looked at these and said yuck but then they gobbled them up! Sauce would be really good on chicken too!

My husband loved this meal. I am not a big pork person so I think next time I will do chicken for me, but my husband loved the pork. With a few adjustments for next time I think everyone will be satisfied.

My husband doesn't like pork so we substituted chicken instead. It turned out great.

I forgot to run out & grab marmalade, so I substituted 1/2 tbsp. honey and 1/2 tbsp. orange-ginger marinade instead. Since the marinade had ginger in it already, I halved the ground ginger & it turned out quite tasty!
