What You Need

1-1/2

cups instant white rice, uncooked

1-1/2

cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

tsp. oil, divided

eggs, lightly beaten

lb. boneless pork chops, cut into bite-size pieces

cups frozen peas, thawed

1/2

cup sliced green onions

1/4

cup KRAFT GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame with Ginger Dressing

Make It

COMBINE rice and broth in microwaveable bowl; cover. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. Let stand 5 min. or until liquid is absorbed.

MEANWHILE, heat 1 tsp. of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add eggs; cook and stir 2 min. or until eggs are set but still moist. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

COOK meat in remaining 1 tsp. oil in same skillet 5 min. or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add peas, onions and dressing; mix well. Stir in rice and eggs; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Note

This is a great way to use leftover cooked rice. Just prepare recipe as directed, skipping the first step and substituting 3 cups leftover cooked rice for the 1-1/2 cups uncooked rice.

Family loved this easy and healthy dinner. I used brown rice instead of white and frozen peas and carrots, baceasue that's what I had on hand. No leftovers!

This was so much better than I thought it was going to be, my family loved it, I did use half sweetcorn and half peas, it was great, will be making this again.

Pretty good. I couldn't find the Sesame and Ginger dressing, so I just used the Kraft Sesame dressing. I wish I would have added some fresh ginger. Cooking the rice in chicken broth really helps to add flavor.

I made this for Supper this evening using long grain and wild rice (ready cooked) and we really liked it. Also there will be great leftovers as there are only two uf us.

this recipe was pretty easy to make, but a little too sweet for our taste. a little on the bland side too. made plenty though!

This was soooo yummy! I made it was asian sesame dressing and it came out soooo good! Everyone loved it and there are no leftovers! I will def be making this again!

FABULOUS. We made some substitutions to great success, based on some other commenters: Used Kraft's other asian sesame dressing, the light kind, and brown rice (they make instant now!). Used MUCH more dressing, and added ground pepper and salt to the eggs before adding back. My daughter LOVED LOVED LOVED this.
