I doubled this recipe when my 2 sisters brought their kids to spend the night. We used hot dog buns instead of hoagie rolls to keep more of the sauce inside the sub. All 4 kids enjoyed adding their own toppings of onions, olives, bell peppers & different cheese blends. Even us adults loved this recipe.

We doubled the recipie and ate leftovers all week and they were just as good as the first meal. We are a busy family and it was so quick and easy. My kids and husband ate it up!

You might want to saute' some onion and add to the sub. YUM!
