This was a big hit paired with some sweet and sour sauce. Easy to make as well. Make sure to let the filling "set" for at least a day to bring out more flavor. Might try imitation crab instead for a stronger flavor, and money saver.

My boyfriend LOVES these! He was upset when he realized I only bought enough crab to make one batch, so I went to the grocery store on my way home from work, the next day, to get more crab for batch # 2. I read some reviews saying they used a mini muffin pan. I'm definitely doing that next time. That way my boyfriend thinks he's getting more! haha As for the taste; we thought the filling tasted just like the ones you get from Chinese take out & buffets.

The filling tasted nothing like I'm used to. I was fine with them being baked, but the filling could use some work. I tried to play around with the recipe but just couldn't get it like the restaurant rangoons.

Loved this! Not only did it taste good it was baked instead of fried so I felt a little healthier. But make sure to use real crab meat not the fake kind.

I HAVE MADE THIS RECIPE A COUPLE OF TIMES.. VERY TASTY.. QUICK TO MAKE.. SOMETIMES WHEN MAKING THE WONTON WRAPPERS AHEAD.. THEN YOU PUT IN THE FILLING TO HEAT THE SEEM TO COOK TO MUCH..

I have been making these for almost every party since I found this recipe. I have modified it to include an 8oz cream cheese, 1/4 parmesan cheese, and a little hot sauce. I don't use the mayo and they are still fabulous. Sprinkle with a little cayenne pepper or paprika. I use mini muffin pans and it makes 24.

It was as good as the takeout kind and without all the fat and price!! I added a 1/2 tablespoon of steak sauce to the crab mixture which made it even better!!!!

This was SO easy. I made it for a party and all of my guest went on & on about it. I think they are better crispy, baking the wontons for a few mins first is a good tip.

My husband and guests enjoyed this - I thought it was a touch bland. I added 1/4 tspn salt & pepper. Next time, I'd add 1/4-1/2 tpsn Essence to kick it up a notch. I also used chives instead of green onions & used a mini muffin pan. Mine turned out crispy.
