What You Need

can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

green onions, thinly sliced

1/4

cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

won ton wrappers

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COMBINE first 4 ingredients.

PLACE 1 won ton wrapper in each of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray, extending edges of wrapper over rim of cup. Fill with crab mixture.

BAKE 18 to 20 min. or until edges of cups are golden brown and filling is heated through.

For a Crispier Rangoon

Bake won ton wrappers in muffin cups in 350°F oven 5 to 7 min. or until lightly browned. Fill with crabmeat mixture and bake 6 to 8 min. or until filling is heated through.

Quick and easy. They go FAST so make more filling and get more wrappers! Keep the ready-made filling in the fridge for guests tht come later, and the ones that stayed will love to have more!!!

I add some seasonings, minced green bell pepper and onion in the cream cheese for more flavor

I made these for my daughter's baby shower. They were a huge hit and it didn't take alot to make them.

I tried these and they did not turn our very well. Not too many people bothered to eat them. Wrappers were really hard on the top and it hurt your mouth to eat that part.

i read some reviews about real crab tasting very fishy. i used fake crab to try to get around this, but it was still very fishy tasting. however, the creaminess is wonderful and i like the texture of the baked wonton.
