One of the best treats I've made. If you love the original deep fried, these are so much better for you. No guilt.

This is a go-to appetizer recipe of mine for make-ahead get togethers. I typically use imitation crab meat as I get a more consistent flavor, sometimes canned crab meat can be fishy. Overall, it's always a big hit and looks way harder than it is!

Excellent and easy to prepare. I recommend you make the mixture the day before and chill. Bake wonton wrappers for 7 minutes first then add mixture and bake another 8 minutes.

I thought this was a really good recipe, but we thought it needed something. So we added a little Cilantro on top of each of them. They turned out even better!

I felt there was too much mayo so I cut the amount down to only 2tbls added 2 tsp. of low sodium soy sauce and substituted 2 tbls fresh chopped chives for the green onion. What a difference. Much more flavor!!!! These are good even cold. A definate keeper.
