This recipe was so bland. It looked good in the cookbook. I am disappoint because I made this for a potluck at work and after their first bite they didn't finish and threw the rest away.

Recipe is easy. I used fresh crab meat and used larger portions and tried some with a little drizzle of liquid smoke. Also fresh scallions. All turned out Great.

I baked the cups the day before. The day of filled, heated and served. Definately needs to be served while hot.

This was a quick, simple but elegant appetizer to make. It was a huge hit with my family. I didn't have any green onions on hand, so I added some diced onion to the mixture. I prebaked the wontons for them to be crispier. next itme, I think I will add some fresh minced garlic to the mixture, ( I LOVE garlic), and a sprinkling of Old Bay seasoning, to add more flavor to these delicious creations of yummy goodness!!!!

Very good. I made them into little "purses" and close the top. Great way to eat crab rangoon without feeling guilty about it! Great for parties.
