I didn't have any cheese squares, so I used shredded instead, and then I thought this might be sort of bland, so I sprinkled some garlic powder over the cheese and added just a teensy bit of oregano. I put the second cracker on and topped that with some grated parmesan cheese. It wasn't as neat as it might have been with the squares, but it was simpler and still turned out fine. These were delicious and I will definitely be making them again. They tasted very much like the real thing!
