Why do these have more calories and fat than the "Stick with Mozzerella Bites" here on your site? Those have 2% string cheese and regular Ritz, and these have part skim Mozzerella, and Reduced fat Ritz. I'm confused. It's not by much, but still. Please let me know so that I can be sure to trust that your nutrition information is accurate.
<<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Maggie ~ The nutrition analysis is correct on both recipes. Stick with Mozzarella Snacks uses 2 Tbsp. marinara per serving but divides 1 cheese stick (1 oz.) over 3 servings. While the Baked Mozzarella Bites uses just over 1 Tbsp. marinara per serving, there is just over 1/2 oz. cheese per serving. The difference in calories (10) and fat (0.5g) is primarily due to the slightly greater amount of cheese per serving in Baked Mozzarella Bites. >>>
