I made this recipe with russet potatoes instead of the red and it just didn't come out very well. It needed more seasoning. I might try to make it again using the red potatoes and see if that makes a difference.

Anything with potatoes, bacon, and cheese is a real winner with me. I loved this side dish.

my whole family loved it. the mix of bacon and cheese just made it so nice and crisp and tasty. i used 3 cheeses mix instead and it gave it a nice pop

This is a favorite for my family. It is wonderful with hamburgers or baked chicken. I have to admit I do use more dressing because we like it zesty and I also use more cheese. Overall we love it.

I was not impressed with it ,I am not sure what to think of it either.I guess I have to add some to make it taste better the next time.It looked good but that was about it.I guess I am disapointed.

This is a really good reipe. I omitted the bacon, used less cheese, and added extra dressing.
