Better than regular home fries! Everyone loved these.

My family really enjoyed this dish. I agree with another reviewer, that the potatoes need to be cut into smaller pieces so that it cooks in the time outlined in the recipe.

This was very good. The recipe says to gut the potatoes into large chunks, but I would chop them a little smaller next time so that they get done in the time stated. I also left out the onion- still delicious.

These were great and very easy to make. I left off the cheese and bacon to make it a little lighter.

I think these were very good before I added the cheese and bacon. I would make them again and maybe leave off the cheese and bacon so they are healthier. I can't believe salad dressing made them good! I used baby new potatoes and cut them into quarters.

Disappointing. They taste alright, nothing great, but clean up is a hassle since the potatoes tend to stick to the pan. I would recommend stirring these often.

Used turkey bacon and chives instead. It was great. My family couldn't get enough of it. This is going to a common dish from now on.

These were superb! They almost didn't make it to the dinner table. I will make these again!
