Wonderful! Very easy to make! Great that it was all in one pan! Even the leftovers tasted great! The only thing is the lasagna noodles were big and awkward to eat so it might be easier to use another type of pasta...other then that soooo good!

My husband, son and I absolutely loved this meal! It was so tasty and I loved it also because it was so easy to prepare in one skillet so clean up was quick as well. It is perfect for a busy family who enjoys a hearty meal. Add a toss salad and you have a well balanced and nutrional dinner.

I made this recipe yesterday with ingredients I had on hand. I substituted whole-wheat penne pasta for the lasagna noodles and increased the water and cooking time a little as the recipe says for regular lasagna noodles. It is not easy to please my husband with new recipes - but this one passed and I have the green light to make it again! The kids all enjoyed it too - and I love that I made it in one large family skillet resulting in less clean up. Thank you!

The lasagna noodles took a little longer to cook than is directed in the recipe. But it was really good.

I was worried it wouldn't taste like traditional lasagna, but I was wrong! It is very tasty and EASY!! I didn't use the peppers, the sauce I like already has a lot of veggies. I will use less noodles next time though, there seemed to be too many.

I made enough to give to my Mother-in-law and brother-in-law and they both liked it. I am going to give this recipe to a friend to cook for her family and the Hunters that use her husband guide business.

Very easy to make. I added oregano, basil, parsley, and a bit of sugar. We like a richer tasting sauce. I also added about a cup of cottage cheese toward the end of the cook time. We also only had low carb lasagne noodles, but they worked great. Very tasty!
