Wonderful recipe the whole family enjoys! I use the regular lasagna noodles and add spinach, mushrooms and Ricotta cheese and transfer to a baking dish. I then add Italian shredded cheese and bake until the cheese melts....great dish!!

Made with all the leftover broken lasagna noodles that I set aside after making trays of lasagna last time. Saved me from having to just throw them away. Omitted the peppers since my family doesn't like them, used a spaghetti sauce with veggies instead and added the ricotta and some grated parmesan with the mozz. Quick and easy and I'll make it again.

Was very satisfying! Will definitely be making it again. Would substitute hamburger for italian sausage next time.

I used turkey meat instead, & added mushrooms, frozen spinach, & red pepper flakes. I absolutely loved this & will definitely be putting it into the recipe collection.

I made this stove top lasagna and was very pleased with the results. The store was out of ground beef so I used ground sirloin and followed the recipe as posted. It makes a great meal with a salad and garlic bread.
