This was easy, quick and made a big splash at our recent weekly Sunday dinner for the entire family. We really scrapped the bottom of the pot for the last drop. It is now one of my favorates to make and carry as a covered dish.

Although this recipe was quick & easy I wasn't overly impressed with the taste.

This has become one of my family's favorites. I add extra cheese at the end and it's yummy.

This dish is delicious, simple and loved by eveyone in our family. Thanks for another quick and easy meal. We did cut back on the green pepper since the kids aren't fans of them. Still great!

YUMMY! My husband licked his plate clean and then proceeded to licking the pot clean as well. I added a few extra spices such as a few dashes of cumin, dried oregano and basil, onion powder, crushed red peppers, and cayenne powder. The next go round, I think it would be even better with sausage rather than plain ground beef and with mushrooms in the sauce.

Very easy. Took no time to put together. We don't really like Green Peppers so I substituted onions in our recipe and sauted them with the meat until they were translucent. I did add the Ricotta Cheese, it was great and the left overs were even better.
