I have made this recipe several times. It's good, easy, and even better heated back up the next day. I added an egg to my ricotta cheese, and 1/4 cup parmesan, 1 tsp basil, and 1/4 tsp salt; mixed and dolloped onto the top of the lasagna, covered and cooked for 15 minutes, then topped with the cheese.

Cut 1/2 of green pepper into thirds instead of chopping it up. Gave a great flavor, but easy to take out since my guys don't eat green peppers. Added the ricotta. Yummy and so easy!

This was insanly good! Unfourtunatly I didn't have the Italian Dressing on had so I took the garlic cloves, some EVOO and parsley, basil and oregeno, put it in the food processor and added that. My husband works nights and had some when he got home from work and actually woke me up to tell me how good this was!!

Very good, although I didn't care for the lasagna noodles, they seemed too soft and flat. Next time I'll use another type of pasta.

Wonderful and easy. I have made this several times now and my family loves it. Add a tossed salad and some french bread and you have a fast, filling meal. (Personal perference: I only add one chopped green pepper.)

Tasted just like lasagna. Used one green and one red pepper. I used the regular lasagna noodles and the longer cook time and added a little bit of cottage cheese before the mozzarella.
