This was so good! I left out the peppers, but added some chopped onion and used ground turkey instead. Added a little more cheese, my husband is a cheese lover. Even my one year old loved it, definately will make again.

My husband and I had this last night for dinner. It was very good! I used green and red bell pepper since I didn't have enough of the green on hand. I also didn't have mozzarella cheese, so I used the Mexican 4 cheese blend that was mild. It added a little spice to it which we both liked a lot! Oh and I made sure to season the beef really well since I was using a traditional marinara sauce. I would probably use hot italian sausage next time, that would be good in here. We are definitely making this again!

I am making it again this evening. It is quick and easy. I added a few more vegetables like mushrooms and zucchini and served it with a salad. It's a great week night meal and left overs are just as good if not better. My husband loves it and its different than the usual meat and potatoes.

It was fast and easy, better than a meal in a box. Not that much better though. I added crushed red pepper for my husband and I. The kids loved it.

Wonderful weeknight dish! Used uncooked noodles (b/c that is what I had on hand) - and my daughter wanted all three colors of bell pepper (which gave it lots of color). To reheat, I added a little extra sauce and reheated in the skillet (microwave made noodles a bit chewy) - reheated very well on stove top! Will certainly make this one again!!

Excellent recipe! I thought the dressing would make it a little weird but it gave it the perfect "zip!" It was so quick and easy, too. My wife and I both enjoyed this one! We will definately make this one over and over!

I used 4 cloves of garlic in stead of three. It was a little watery so at the end I took it out of the skillet and put it in a baking dish. Put half in and layered it with cheese and than put the rest in and topped it with cheese. Baked it for 5-10 minutes while I cleaned the dishes! YUMMY!!! I don't cook often and I found this one very easy!!
