Absolutely DELISH! This was quick, simple and so full of flavor. I made the recipe AS IS (just little lighter on green peppers for my son) and it was a HUGE HIT! THANK U!

The lasagna noodles have their own taste so it did have the right flavors! It was very good. I would advise you to use an extra large saucepan so you can get those noodles down in the sauce.

This is a cross between baked ziti and traditional lasagna. Very easy to accomodate any family. I didn't add peppers or garlic, but added spinach and ricotta. I used ground turkey and light zesty dressing, but could easily have just used dry seasoning and more water or sauce. I used regular noodles and agree if you are going to cut up for little ones, you can just use bite size pieces when you cook. I LOVE how quick and easy it was! Both kids (5 & 8) had seconds.

This was so good and so easy. I used yellow and orange peppers instead of green and I added some mushrooms. I only used 9 noodles vs. 12 and it was just enough. I don't know if there would've been enough sauce for 12 noodles

My husband is a picky eater and he loved this recipe so much he had 3 helpings! The only thing I would do differently is break the lasagna sheets into smaller pieces.

Although it was a fairly good recipie and took a lot less time than an actual lasagna, next time I make it there are a few things I will change. Overall, not bad though.

I thought two peppers were overkill. I would only use one pepper. Also make sure you use ricotta or cottage cheese to stir in to give it a little help.

This is a great meal to do when you want lasagna but don't want to use the oven. It is quick and simple and doesn't take away from the flavor.
