I use a frozen mix of peppers and onions so I don't have to worry about having fresh ones on hand.

I use italian sausage and pepperoni instead of the ground beef to spice it up some. I also like to use other pastas like penne or rigatoni; just cook them about half way before adding them to the rest of the ingredients. Probably my favorite meal to make and my go to whenever I have guests. Makes great leftovers as well!

Yummy flavor! I didn't have a green pepper so I left it out but it was still good. I used regular lasagna noodles and they still worked fine. Next time I'll probably break up the lasagna noodles a little more.

Have made this several times with my husband and we both enjoy the simplicity of it. I add ricotta cheese at the end. I was skeptical about the italian dressing but it gives it a really nice tang.

I would use a little less of the dressing and alittle more water.

Love It!!! So easy & quick to make! I don't add the mozzarella cheese while cooking...just let each person put on their own before eating. Everyone in my family loves this!

This tasted even better than it looked! Next time I'll add a chopped onion and the ricotta cheese. Yum.
