This is a good variation of quick Lasgna. The Zesty Italian gives an interesting taste that def. makes it stand out (in a good way). I added 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder (didnt put the whole garlic in it). I also didnt have peppers but use a little pinch of chili powder.

My husband and I loved it! I used more than what it recommended for ricotta as the additional option because we love cheese! Definitely will make it again! :o)

Fantastic!! My family loved it!! I was sure to season everything really well because i saw lots of comments that said it was really bland... problem sloved!! season your meat (I added onions instead of green peppers) ans season your sauce with a little more salt and pepper and basil and garlic. I also added a few more strips of lasagna because i saw that someone said it was too watery.. fixed that too!! :D My picky son even ate it!!!! Thanks for the great receipe!!

Tasted OK. The whole dish was very wet. And I guess as a family we like our lasagnas on the drier side. Tasted bland. Needed a whole lot of cheese to flavor it up a bit.

This is a great easy alternative to that real thing. I added mushrooms and some sausage too. I noticed that the pasta needed more time to soften. So i left it on very low heat for about 30 mins as i added cheese at the last 15 mins. It was great.

We felt this was fairly bland. It was quick though, and if you've got a craving for lasagna on a weeknight you could try tinkering with it.
