I made this for dinner last night and wasn't much impressed. I believe the green pepper was a bit overpowering. Maybe adding some onion would balance it out a bit.

I really liked this recipe. I added chopped onion, and like one of the others suggested I added the veggies to the meat while i cooked it so they could get soft. My picky husband liked it too. I will make it again.

It was so simple to make and tasted wonderful. I do think that it was a little heavy on the noodle side, I would either add more meat, or less noodles. It was a nice change.

Awesome!!!! My boyfriend and I thought this recipes was superb. I also added a few red peppers, and I used regular lasagna noodles ( i didn't know what they were asking for) We will make this again. OMG, it was so good

I loved this recipe, it was so quick to make, and it came out delicious. When I made it, I didn't have any lasagna noodles, but I just combined the noodles I had on hand--rotini, egg noodles, macaroni--and it was still very tasty!

Since we're in TX and it's summer I try to use the oven very little. I loved this for the fact that I could make something similiar to Lasagna without heating the house with the oven. It's not as good as an oven baked Lasagna, but it's really good, I added the ricotta. I must say I'm quite suprised that the Zesty italian dressing can be used for so many recipes, and it's got great flavor. I will be using this as a standard summer recipe in my house.

This tasted fine, but I would just use penne or rigatoni pasta instead of the large noodles. It tasted like pasta with meat sauce. Nothing special
